CAPE TOWN - SOUTH AFRICA

The city of Cape Town is situated at the northern end of South Africa. This popular tourist destination offers some wonderful sceneries with the famous Table Mountain, Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope.
When you are in Cape Point, you are at the extreme point of Africa, with on your right side the Atlantic Ocean and on your left side the Indian Ocean. Be careful to the baboons on the parking, don't give them food, they are very aggressive. The view is fantastic as well as from the Table Mountain and its park. From the top you can see all Cape Town and Robben Island -where Nelson Mandela was jailed. You can access to the Table Mountain by hike or by cable way. The climate is good in Cape Town and the sun very bright. Many beautiful beaches stretch along the coast. The best are Clifton beach 2 and 3. Air temperature can be 34 deg C., but the water is so cold: 13 deg C.

Climate: Mediterranean climate. Very sunny but can be windy.
